A stretched rope. Walking on it you face desires, needs and adversities. Downs and ups. The course hangs on a thread and a blow of the wind can overturn it. Balance is never secure. It is a perpetual challenge of life.

The jewel "Fragile Balance" was created by Stella Deligianni on the occasion of her participation in the ATTILIO Homely Art tribute.

ATTILIO: Anti-balance in the window

The well-established month "A shop-window, a window..." of ATTILIO Homely Art, will this year host unique works by artists in a tribute on the theme of "Anti-Balance".
The balance or lack of it, its subversion and re-search for it, and even its final disappearance, as a new state of equilibrium, take shape in the windows of ATTILIO through artistic creations of sculpture and jewellery. Works of metal and wood, paper, aluminium or clay, semi-precious stones or vinyl, balance, twist, move or regress, struggle to remain still or move, all in constant search.

The participating artists are Maria Grigoriou, Byron Dimitrakoulis, George Kokovlis, Stylianos Kouklakis, Liana Papalexi, Alexis Papachatzis, Vangelis Polyzos, George Pontikis, George Shepetzoglou, George Hatzoglou and, from the jewellery world, Stella Deligianni, Yota Zeriti, Mary Margoni, Yannis Mandylakis, Varvara Perraki and Maria Psarianou.

The exhibition is on display from October 10th to November 7th.
